Born in Chiayi in 1974, Zung-Lung Tsai is a young Taiwanese potter showing for the first time in the United Kingdom.
Tsai completed his MFA degree in 2011 at the Taipei National University of Art in Taiwan. He is a recipient of a number of awards including three fellowships, the Bronze Prize at the Taiwan Ceramics Biennale in 2008 and Merit at the Chinese Ceramics Biennale in 2000. His work has been acquired by major public collections in Taiwan.
